OUR POLICIES

  • 1) We are a to-the-trade-only vendor. Customers must have a valid re-sale certificate on file with us to purchase.

    2) UNASSEMBLED KITS and PARTS typically ship on Wednesdays. Your order must be received by Monday at noon to qualify.

    3) Please OPEN AND INSPECT ALL GOODS WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of packages. We cannot accommodate rush delivery of any missing or backordered items weeks/months after delivery. Goods damaged in transit will be handled on a case by case basis.

    4) Shipping costs are live rates as calculated by the shipper at the time of your purchase. The calculation is based on the size and weight of the items in your cart and your location. We are not in a surcharge shipping area, so there are no added fees based on the location of RYS.

    5) Rush services may be available upon request. For assemblies within one week of order, the rush fee is 50%. For assemblies within two weeks of order, the rush fee is 25%. Depending on a number of factors, these services may not be available. Please call ahead.

    6) Web orders cannot be changed once submitted.

    7) Web order cancellations are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

    8) We reserve the right to update and change policies as needed.

  • JMCCLLC RYS will never share or sell your information, except in the case of new ownership. We do not store your credit card information without your permission.

  • 1) Shipping rates are live rates at the time of purchase. We do not mark up shipping rates.

    2) We reserve the right to send your package “Best Way”. This may mean that we ship your package with the most appropriate carrier, based on our experience.

    3) All sales are final. Returns not accepted, except in the case of manufacturer defect and/or warranty replacement. RYS invoice number required.
